Brought to you by the creators of Piglet’s Adventure Farm, Farmer Ed’s Enchanted Light Trail brings more of the wholesome, festive outdoor fun you love on the farm.
For years, Christmas has been a cherished part of the Piglets’ story, with our Magical Sleigh Rides becoming a family tradition. But this winter, we're introducing a new event, perfect for teens, date nights, and of course, the whole family, you can even bring your dog - who says the little ones should have all the fun?

What’s included in my Enchanted Light Trail ticket?
Stroll through a twinkling illuminated trail filled with dazzling light displays and festive scenes.
Discover magical interactive installations perfect for family photos.
Toast marshmallows at our cosy firepits.
Enjoy festive food and drink stalls with hot chocolates, mulled wine, pizzas, and sweet treats in our Alpine Lodge.
Soak up the Christmas cheer with seasonal music and Farmer Ed’s festive surprises along the way.
Please note: The Adventure Park, play areas, and daytime farm activities are not included in this evening event.

When should we arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked entry slot to allow time for parking and check-in.
How long does the Light Trail last?
Most visitors take 30 – 40 minutes to complete the trail, depending on pace (and how many stops you make for photos and enjoy the displays!).
What time does the site close?
Last entry is at 8.00pm and the event closes at 9:00pm.
Can I come earlier in the day to enjoy the Adventure Farm?
No – this is a separate evening event, and daytime admission is not included.
Does the Light Trail run in bad weather?
Yes – the event continues in rain, cold, and wintry weather. Please dress warmly and wear suitable footwear (wellies are ideal).
What food & drink will be available?
In our Alpine village there are festive food stalls serving:
Hot chocolates, mulled wine, and winter warmers.
Fresh pizzas, hot dogs, and other yummy treats.
Sweet treats and marshmallow-toasting kits.
Can I bring my own food?
Picnics are not permitted at this evening event.
Is the trail accessible?
Due to the amount of rain we have had, the trail is not fully accessible.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes we welcome dogs to this event. All dogs need to be kept on a lead at all times.
Are toilets available?
Yes – toilets (including accessible toilets and baby-changing facilities) are available near the trail entrance and exit.
What should we wear?
Dress for winter evenings – coats, hats, gloves, wellies, or sturdy boots are recommended.
Is parking available?
Yes – free parking is available on-site, a short walk from the Light Trail entrance.
