How to Redeem

Prebooking is required via the Alpamare website here: https://www.alpamare.co.uk
Click ‘Book Tickets’.
Select the date of your visit.
Select your swim session time.
Select online Family (2 Adults & 2 Children, or 1 Adult & 3 Children).
Add any additional swim tickets required (including toddlers aged 0-3 years of age).
Add the required tickets to your basket.
Please check that you have chosen the correct date and time of swim session as bookings cannot be altered once submitted.
Click ‘Complete purchase’.
Enter your personal details, ensuring you are inputting your email address correctly, as your swim tickets will be sent to your inbox.
Enter your voucher code, 100% discount will be applied to your family ticket (additional tickets will be charged at standard rate).
Within 30 minutes you will receive your Alpamare E-tickets via email.
Tickets can be printed in advance, or shown on your mobile device upon entry.
