This voucher is for a 45-minute ice-skating session for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 children) at Yorkshire’s Winter Wonderland at York Designer Outlet, as well as two funfair ride tokens in total, to use as you wish between your family (additional ride tokens can be purchased on site). Skate hire is included.
This voucher can be redeemed between Friday 14th November and Friday 12th December 2025 or between Friday 2^nd and Sunday 4^th January 2026 ONLY.

Penguin and Snowman skating aids are not included with this voucher. They can be hired on a first-come, first-served basis at the event subject to availability, and cannot be booked in advance.

Celebrating its 20^th anniversary this year, Yorkshire’s Winter Wonderland - the award-winning outdoor ice rink, funfair and Santa’s Grotto - returns to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet York from Friday 14th November 2025 to Sunday 4th January 2026.

At the heart of the event is the North of England’s largest outdoor ice rink at 975 sq m which uses the latest ice rink technology to provide a premium skating experience. With its signature 30ft high sparkling Christmas tree in the centre of the rink, illuminated trees, the rink-side cafe and terrace as well as a viewing platform, this magical setting makes for the perfect festive experience for all ages. The ice rink is open daily, offering eleven 45-minute skating sessions during the day, plus an additional 9.15am session at weekends. *Please be sure to check ice skating and funfair opening times on the event website before visiting.

The funfair will include modern rides once again this year such as the thrilling Twist, Waltzer and Miami, as well as the family favourite, the vintage Dodgems dating from 1937. In addition, there will be plenty to enthral younger visitors with children’s rides as well as game stalls offering prizes every time.

The Chalet café with its outdoor terrace provides the perfect spot from which to enjoy a warming mulled wine or hot chocolate and witness all the thrills and spills of skating. Inside the cosy alpine-themed, après-skate café, tasty winter-warming food and drinks as well as sweet treats will be available to purchase, and private parties can also be arranged.

The German Grill ‘bratwursterie’ is sure to tickle the taste buds with the scent of grilling gourmet sausages and mulled wine.

The snowy woodland walk with its picnic tables and illuminated gingerbread men makes a festive outdoor eating area, leading to Santa’s cosy log cabin grotto where a warm welcome and a special gift for children awaits. (Santa is an additional cost – please book separately).

Your 2 funfair tokens in total and 4 ice skating wristbands will be handed to you once you are at the onsite Box Office.

Vouchers are valid for a 45-minute ice skating session for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 children) to skate at Yorkshire’s Winter Wonderland, McArthur Glen Designer Outlet York. Vouchers also include access to 2 ride tokens in total at the Funfair (Excludes Games Stalls). Skate hire is included.
Vouchers must be used by 12th December 2025, or between 2nd and 4^th January 2026 only. Please be sure to check ice skating and funfair opening times on the event website before visiting.
Sessions are subject to availability. Should your preferred session be full, you will be need to pre-book an alternative session.
Children are classed as 16 years or under. Children under 12 must be accompanied on site by an adult. Children under the age of 9 must be accompanied by an adult on the ice.
Please arrive 20 minutes before your session to allow for skate hire and fitting. If you arrive late, you may join the session for the rest of its duration but will not be able to switch to another session.
This voucher does not include access to the Santa’s Grotto.
This voucher does not include hire of the ice rink Penguin or Snowman skating aids.
This voucher does not include food and beverages.

Admission prices are subject to change. Ticket cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or pre-paid ticket but can be used in conjunction with additional full priced tickets bought onsite.
